8 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 04.10.2017 MTP Sport London Youth Games Hockey Five senior boys from the Prep School were eligible to train as part of the Hillingdon Borough and invited to take part in a 10 week pre-selection training at a number of venues around the capital. We are proud to say that Shay (Y8L3) impressed and was selected to represent Hillingdon in this year’s London Youth Games (pictured) at the National Sports Centre in Crystal Palace. Hillingdon finished second at the group stage and fourth overall nationally. Congratulations to Shay on this magnificent achievement – and we look forward to following his development in his final year at the Prep!
