15 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 07.02.2018 Science Showcase MTP Science The 23rd of January was a big evening for the Science Department. In a first for the school, parents of Prep School boys were invited to spend some time doing Science with their sons’ Science teachers, Mr. Goddard (Y3), Miss. Burke (Y4-Y6) and Mr. De Vynck (Y7&Y8). The aim of the evening was to allow parents to experience a flavour of Biology, Chemistry and Physics activities that their sons will encounter during their time at MTP, and to do so in a relaxed and communal environment. The evening met with favourable comments from all involved, and the Science Department would like to thank the parents who attended, and the Leadership Team for this wonderful opportunity.
