18 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 25.05.2018 MTP Maths Boys in Year 6 competed in the Mathematics Quiz Club competition against local schools. They tested their skills in three diˆerent rounds which included mental maths and some challenging problem solving. Boys in Year 5 took part in the DCBEAGLE Mathematics Competition hosted by Davenies school. They competed against 15 other schools and took part in six rounds which tested their ability to problem solve. The day was challenging but extremely enjoyable.
