3 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 25.05.2018 House News May 2018 Summer weather and sports have taken centre stage at MTP as well as exam anticipation. For the record, Livingstone won the House Cup in the Spring Term with notable victories in House Football, Chess and House Points. Newton came second with success in Accelerated Reader and IXL Maths. A honourable mention to Rayan 7L3 for getting the Watson Cup for most House Points, to 3OG who won the Coronation Shield in Y3/4 and to L1 who took the Coronation Cup as top tutor group. This term we have already enjoyed House Maths (Livingstone 1st) with Cricket, Tennis, Table Tennis, Sports Day Athletics and House Singing to follow. For the record, the House Charity Drive in March raised £1516 for Michael Sobell Hospice. The Prizes Assembly brought great excitement the next day.
