The pupils have been working very hard so far this season to be ready for this first game, and were so excited to play… and have team tea! Some brilliant performances gave lots of optimism for our next round of fixtures against Habs next week. All year groups have now played a round of Rugby fixtures against our friends at UCS, Berkhamsted, Davenies, St John’s, St Martins and The Beacon. This week saw the annual MTS Rugby week get underway with Barbarians fixtures for some of our U10 & U11 pupils, and a 1st XIII fixture against York House on the floodlit senior pitch on Monday which they won 35 - 15. It was a very competitive match with plenty of skill shown from both sides. Our Hockey season is also underway with fixtures taking place for Y6-8 students so far. Our U12 & U13 sides recording four great win vs the Beacon, and both the U12 and U13 THL sides making good starts to their respective leagues. The next month sees lots of Hockey and Rugby fixtures across the year groups, well done to all boys so far and good luck for the games ahead. U12 THL
