8 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 08.02.2019 MTP PHSE Life Education Bus During the last two weeks of January we were lucky enough to have a visit from the Life Education Bus. Every boy in our school visited the mobile classroom in which an educator led sessions on life skills appropriate to the boys age. A wide range of topics were discussed including how the body works, how to keep it healthy, our emotions and feelings, medicines, illegal drugs, puberty and relationships. Boys were encouraged to speak and to share their opinions and views as well as to share their prior knowledge. One of the highlights for the younger boys was the appearance of Harold the Giraffe. They were able to give him advice on how to solve his problems. Even Year 4 got a chance to meet him.
