16 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 15.03.2019 MTP Parents’Association Welcome back! As you know just before half term we were raising funds for Anthony Nolan, a UK charity whose aim is to save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders. This charity was chosen in memory of Kaiya, the courageous little girl who sadly passed away earlier this month. We are pleased to share that we raised just over £500.00 for this wonderful cause. It was wonderful to see so many of you at the Book Fair where the PA were supporting Mrs Smith. The PA was on hand with treats for the children and many of you took advantage of the pop up uniform sale we held during the week. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we have postponed the Quiz Night. We will send out a communication with the revised date shortly. In the meantime, we will arrange for all parents who have already bought their tickets, to be refunded as a priority. Our uniform stock is running low! We would be grateful for your donations of MTP uniform in particular, the sports kits, Blazers (especially for years 6, 7, 8) and the new MTP Nursery/Reception uniform. The next uniform sale will be held during the summer term at the Pre-Prep sports days.
