41 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 15.03.2019 MTP Religious Studies Year 4 Visit to Northwood United Synagogue This term Year 4 have been learning about Judaism and on Thursday 7th March they visited Northwood United Synagogue. Rabbi Zerbib explained about the key beliefs of Jews and importance of certain practices they follow. The boys saw the Ark where the Torah scrolls are kept and even had a chance to try and write in Hebrew. They enjoyed asking lots of questions and made some excellent connections with their own beliefs from their different religions.
