61 Merchant Taylors’ Prep School Newsletter - 16.12.2022 MTP Charity A huge thank you to all the pupils who wore a bow tie on Fridays during November. We raised £259.71 for the Movember Foundation. It is a charity that addresses some of the biggest health issues faced by men and since 2003 has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world ‘Mufti & Cake Day Thanks to your donations for wearing mufti and having cake and hot chocolate, we raised £650.10 for the Merchant Taylors’ Foundation. The Foundation helps people transform their lives through education, housing and grant- making in four London boroughs: Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Southwark and Lewisham. ‘Socks ‘n Chocs’ Many thanks for all your contributions. Together we have collected lots of warm thermal socks and chocolate bars to support the work of New Hope at their Haven Support Centre for the Homeless, in Watford. ‘Bow-vember’ Thank you!
